As Real Life Fellowships are raised up we encourage the body of Christ to reach out as a group to neighborhoods and the community. As networks are formed specialized outreach groups will pop up naturally and organically as they are encouraged by the body of Christ. Because of the low overhead of these groups (no buildings, budgets or big shots!), support can be freed up both for in-reach and out-reach. The following is a suggested structure for a Real Life Fellowship in order to keep the focus outward:

Confidentiality - safety and trust built over time.

Connection - authentic relationships with God and others.

Caring - a nurturing community that meets practical needs.

Character - helping each other grow on the journey of life.

Compassion - reaching out to the lost.
