Spiritual growth, emotional healing and character development are important ingredients for every individual in a growing church.

This workshop will provide the principles to help you create an environment of growth. Workshops can be given as a weekend retreat or as a 6 to 12 week training session depending on your individual needs.

He and his wife, Debby, founded Real Life Ministries after serving over 19 years with Campus Crusade for Christ, including two years serving as the Small Group Coordinator with Dr. Henry Cloud. Real Life Ministries exists to encourage and equip the body of Christ to develop healthy communities of spiritual and character growth that reach out with the love of Christ to a lost world (Matt. 28:18-20, Eph. 4:11-18).
